Hi Joly,


Thanks for sharing the transcript since I missed the live stream.


One of the points of discussion which caught my attention was the issue 
of "Digital Sovereignty". It got me thinking about how some persons have 
to create separate accounts to  access services which they are often 
willing to pay for but which they cannot access in their own country; 
for no reason obvious to me.
