[DCAD] Update==IGF Code of Conduct Information and Violation Incident

Dear All,

Recently, Peter Kayanga violated the IGF Code of Conduct with his defamatory 
message on the email listserve. The IGF secretariat has a zero tolerance policy 
towards individuals who violate the code of conduct and have instructed us to 
remove Peter from the DCAD mailing list.  We have done so.  He will not be 
allowed to rejoin and may also be restricted from participating in any other IGF 
event. The IGF takes these infractions very seriously.

As a reminder, all participants on this mailing list are bound by the *IGF Code

<https://www.intgovforum.org/en/content/igf-code-of-conduct> The code of conduct 
requires everyone to be respectful and constructive communication at all times. 
Personal attacks and inflammatory language have no place in this community and 
undermine our collective efforts to promote accessibility and inclusion.

As we continue our work in advancing digital accessibility, I kindly request 
that all members maintain a professional tone and focus on constructive 
dialogue. This ensures that the mailing list remains a safe and inclusive space 
for all.

We look forward to another year of working together.  We will shortly be 
publishing the next version of our Accessibility Guidelines.  Moreover, we will 
shortly be in touch in the next few weeks with a call for disability fellows for 
the IGF 2025.  This year we are on an extremely compressed schedule as the IGF 
will occur in late June 2025 instead of in December.
