[DCAD] Updated List of Disability-Focused Workshops at IGF 2024

Hello everyone,

Our proposal for a workshop "WS #197 Web Accessibility" was rejected,  we
are a Mexican organization specialized in accessibility for people with
disabilities. I wonder if we can still be part of IGF 2024
