Dear Andrea,

Thanks for your input.

Happy to explain myself. Since I don't have degree in the field and am not
expert on cognitive disabilities, nor do I know someone who would be expert
in the field and willing to speak on the topic, that's why I am asking the
DCAD community to help me out there. You may be right about me being late at
this, for which I apologies, but as there's still time to IGF and I
sincerely hope that we would find someone with the right expertise.

Best,

Dr. Muhammad Shabbir,

Again what are you doing? Do you have a degree in this field? You are
getting into dangerous territory. This is far too late to take this on.

Hi All,

As we gear up for the IGF2023 in Kyoto, Japan, from 8-12 October 2023, I am
reaching out to all of you for speaker suggestion.

We are actively seeking suggestions for a speaker with cognitive
disabilities to participate in the DCAD session at IGF2023. We believe that
diverse perspectives enrich our discussions and understanding of
accessibility and disability-related issues. If you know of an individual or
organization that be a suitable speaker for the DCAD session, please share
their contact information or details with us. We are committed to ensuring
that the voices of all individuals are heard and valued within the DCAD
community.

Thank you for your continued support and engagement.

Please reach out to me directly with suggestions for speakers.

Best,

Dr. Muhammad Shabbir,
