[DCAD] FW: [A11ysig] A11y Tokyo Meetup - April 27 - UDtalk

I will say that I have attended one A11yTokyo Meetup online previously,
and, while I did have some difficulty with the PC version,  I did get the
app working on my phone.

I understand there has been some further development since then.

I think the ChatGPT stuff may be pie in the sky, but the important issues
are

1) Easy onboarding process
2) Compatibility with screen readers etc.

Interested to hear anecdotal evidence on these.

PS: The ISOC Accessibility Standing Group is already talking to A11yTokyo
about a collaboration at the IGF in Kyoto.
