Je suis une personne en situation de handicap depuis l’âge de 3 ans. Je suis expert en élaboration des schémas directeurs stratégiques. J’ai travaillé sur différents champs de mise de mise en œuvre de l’accessibilité comme l’élaboration des projets stratégiques
 (schémas directeurs e-Gouv, e-éducation, e-agriculture, schéma directeur des TI. Je suis expert en stratégie de développement de l’économie numérique. J’ai plusieurs années d’expériences de haut niveau dans le domaine des télécommunications/TIC. Il a travaillé
 dans une dizaine de cabinet ministériels en Côte d’Ivoire.</div>

Je suis un expert en accessibilité aux télécommunications/TIC et par les télécommunications/TIC pour les personnes en situation. Ce qui l’amené à travailler sur des politiques, des études, des stratégies dans le domaine de l’accessibilité en Afrique (CEDEAO,
 RWANDA, TUNISIE, Burkina-Faso), en ASIE (THAÎLANDE), en Amérique (ARGENTINE), en Europe (SUISSE). Je suis aussi un expert en politique d’achats publics tenant compte des besoins des personnes en situation de handicap.</div>

Passionné de l’accessibilité, Je suis Vice-Rapporteur de la question 7/1 qui travaille sur le thème de l'accessibilité des télécommunications / TIC pour permettre une communication inclusive pour tous, en particulier pour personnes en situation de handicap
 et personnes ayant des besoins spécifiques de la commission d’étude 1 de l’UIT-D. </div>
