<p dir="ltr">I am thrilled to be part of the DCAD family as a new member. As a visually impaired person residing in Benin, the CEO of the ICT for All Group SARL and an affiliated member of the Youth Forum for Internet Governance in Benin, I am deeply committed to promoting digital inclusion for people with disabilities.</p>
<p dir="ltr">My membership in DCAD will allow me to deepen my knowledge of digital technologies and better serve my community. I look forward to collaborating with other members and learning from their experiences to develop innovative solutions for digital accessibility.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Together, we can build a more inclusive world where everyone has the opportunity to thrive through digital means. I thank DCAD for welcoming me into this wonderful family, and I am excited to contribute to their efforts for the empowerment of people with disabilities.</p>

Usually we address everyone using the same format. Since it is a group email, when someone is addressed as Doctor we don’t know who they are referring to, we really need to have a meeting ASAP to discuss the UN protocols.<br>
