retrospectively. I put you copy of a thoughtful complaint I wrote to the ITU regarding multiple meetings on the same day which make it difficult for persons with disabilities to attend all of them . The ones at the ITU were captioned so I am covered there.
But it is getting ridiculous.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
