[DCAD] IGF-DCAD Fellowship Grants – Application Period Closed

I can confirm that  Isaac Draecabo has been unsubscribed from the DCAD
list, as per his request.

We wish Mr Draecabo every success in his work as chairperson of the National
Association of Deafblind in Uganda (NADBU).
