Ooh sorry Am seeing this now I ve been offline. Hope you applied.
The  issue according to the information is that once your participation is
approved you have to sponsor your self in every way including accomadyion
travel etc . When you return home you write a report you attach recieots of
your expenses then they refund all that you soent
