[DCAD] How to unsubscribe?

In the footer of every DCAD email, there is
SETTINGS - http://lists.igf-dcad.org/listinfo.cgi/dcad-igf-dcad.org
That includes unsubscription, but also just suspending messages

An alternative way to  unsubscribe is to just send a blank email:
:  *dcad-leave at igf-dcad.org <dcad-leave at igf-dcad.org> *

Unsubscribers' names will manually be removed from the members list.
