I am pleased to announce that Mr. Jakeel Abdullah has been selected to represent DCAD in this webinar. Building on the successful series of IGF webinars and following a proposal from our colleagues at the Dynamic Coalition on Gaming for Purpose (DC-G4P), we have an exciting opportunity to contribute to an upcoming webinar on:

“Gaming & Gamification: Cross-Sector Applications & Impact.”

This webinar will explore how gaming and gamification can drive real-world solutions across multiple sectors, including their role in empowering persons with disabilities.

Call for Speakers:
We are looking for DCAD members with experience and expertise in gaming and disability—whether through research, advocacy, personal experience, or professional work—who would like to represent DCAD in this session.

How to Nominate:
Please send your nomination, including your name, brief bio, and the specific perspective you would bring (e.g., accessible gaming technologies, inclusive game design, gaming as a tool for empowerment, etc.) to

Dear Esteemed Mentors & Colleagues,

It was wonderful meeting many of you in Oslo at IGF 2025, and equally inspiring to engage with those who joined us online.

Building on the momentum of our IGF webinar series, I'd propose that we have one webinar on: “Gaming & Gamification: Cross-Sector Applications & Impact.” In one line, this webinar will explore how gaming and gamification can drive real-world solutions across multiple sectors and outline practical next steps.

I would love for every Dynamic Coalition to be represented. I believe that Gaming is a universal language that transcends thematic silos and unites our efforts.

If your DC would like to contribute, please add the name of your representative and the sector or industry they will cover in the Google document linked below by Tuesday, 8 July 2025.

Proposed timing: third week of July (from 15 July onward). I can shift it to the week of 21 July if that works better for most.
