Dear All,
The guidelines are a good start, however, in my medical experience as a highly trained individual, who has worked at hospitals eg Stroke units, nursing the blind and deaf , recuperation units, repatriation as well as children’s units. I am sure that personal needs need to be included eg bathroom facilities and breaks and other activities of daily living. These may have been mentioned, but I may have missed it. So;
1 . Bathrooms need to be clearly marked and signposted.
2: First aid stations need to be pointed out.
3: Bathroom assistance between sessions eg. A sign for a break including sign language, a beeper etc
