To clarify, the call for fellowship applications has not yet been announced. The recent announcement was only regarding the selection of the Mentor for the IGF-DCAD 2025 Fellowship Program. We will share details about the fellowship application process soon, so please stay tuned.

After careful review, I am pleased to announce that Gunela Astbrink has been selected as the Mentor for the IGF-DCAD 2025 Fellowship Program. Gunela’s extensive experience in Internet governance, digital accessibility, and disability advocacy, along with her successful mentoring of fellows in IGF2023, makes her an excellent choice for this role.
