HI All,

This seems to be a very interesting program that the ITU is hosting in Guatemala
to attend. We have no affiliation to this program, but thought it was good to
promote as members may be interested.

Accessible Americas 2025: ICTs for ALL, happening 28–30 October 2025 in
Guatemala City. http://www.itu.int/go/AccessibleAmericas2025
This is the ITU Americas key regional forum focused on digital inclusion and ICT
accessibility across the Americas. It brings together people from governments,
private sector, academia, NGOs, and more — all working to share ideas, network,
and build inclusive solutions so no one is left behind. The ITU states that If
you're into inclusive tech, or just looking to learn and connect with inspiring
people, this is the place to be! 💡 👉 More info and
registration:http://www.itu.int/go/AccessibleAmericas2025 The program is free,
but you need to create an ITU user-name and password to register. I am told by
the organizers that this is free to do. There is no cost to attend, and they
will have human captioning in English and Sign Language in Spanish. However,
there is no remote participation, only in-person. They do not have any funding
available for sponsorships to cover the flight and hotels.

Any questions, please feel free to email Caroline Brandau, Caroline.Brandao at itu.int

Best Regards,

Judith Hellerstein

DCAD Co-Coordinator.
