[DCAD] Accessible Shortcuts extension for keyboard and screen reader users

Dear DCAD Members,

My name is Hamza Alhassan Dantata.I am a person with a disability, a
special Education Teacher, and an advocate for disability inclusion with
experience in health and community-based programs. I recently joined the
Dynamic Coalition on Accessibility and Disability and look forward to
learning from and contributing to this vital network.

I’m particularly interested in accessibility, inclusive data practices, and
equitable policy development. I’m excited to connect with fellow members.
