[DCAD] Kenya IGF Inclusion: A Spot on Multistakeholderism

Thank you for the great work in ensuring accessibility of the Ugandan IGF,
and for the preparations for the upcoming East Africa IGF (EAIGF) in
Kampala, Uganda.

Good news! I will be joining you at the EAIGF as a KICTANet Disability team
and Kenya delegate.

I look forward to great discussion in line with this year's theme and much
more networking.
