[DCAD] Another email test - for gmail users only

Apologies, but I am still tweaking the DCAD email list settings.

In particular, gmail has instituted tighter filters on what is accepted..

So, this message is to test specifically that gmail users are seeing list
messages.

Just a couple of responses is fine, Not everybody. Thanks.
