[DCAD] First DCAD Meeting of the Year

HI All,

We are planning on having our first meeting in 2024 to discuss suggestions for 
Proposals and any suggestions for the annual DCAD session depending on any new 
rules by the DC Coordinating Group, and any other Governance issues. We have 
tried to have times and dates that work for most regions, and this is tricky as 
we have members from all regions.  Please fill out our Doodle and let us know 
what times and dates work best for you. If you prefer times on the half hour, 
instead the hour, please put those in the comments. Our current Doodle account 
does not let us choose those slots. The link is here,

We will close the doodle at the end of this week, since we will have to book the 
live human captioning for our meeting.

Also, please let us know if you require sign language interpretation for this
