[DCAD] introduction of EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF LNFOD

My name is Nkhasi Sefuthi, i am a disability rights lawyer and the executive
director of the Lesotho National Federation of Organisations of the Disabled
(LNFOD). LNFOD is an umbrella body of organisations of persons with
disabilities in Lesotho.

I am interested in participating in your upcoming internet governance forum
on behalf of persons with disabilities living in Lesotho. I am a blind
person travelling with an assistant.

I have just joined the internet governance forum and currently filling up my
application for the attendance of the upcoming governance forum.
