[DCAD] Explaination and a Note: WAS RE: Disability Related Workshops in the List of Accepted IGF2024 Proposals

Dear Dr. Muhammad Shabbir,

Thank you for representing people with disabilities in the Dynamic
Coalition on Accessibility and Disability (DCAD).

You have identified 2 out of the 86 accepted workshops, and based on your
request, I went further to highlight the below workshops that are also
applicable to People with Disabilities (PWDs).

This is, however, my own suggestion on the application of our disability
space based on inclusion. Others' comments, advice, and thoughts are also
welcome.
