[DCAD] Updated List of Disability-Focused Workshops at IGF 2024

I hope this message finds you well. I have continued to review the list of
accepted workshops for IGF 2024 and found an additional workshop that
aligns with the goals of the Dynamic Coalition on Accessibility and
Disability (DCAD).

Here is the updated additional list of disability-focused workshops:

(1) IGF 2024 WS #270: Understanding digital exclusion in the AI era
(2) IGF 2024 WS #211: Disability & Data Protection for Digital Inclusion
(3) IGF 2024 WS #101: Inclusive AI for Persons with Disabilities

I thought it would be useful to share this updated list with you, and I
hope it helps in your efforts to promote accessibility and inclusion at IGF
2024.
