[DCAD] Accessible versions of the IGF 2023 Summary Report

Hi DCAD,

I am happy to report that the IGF Secretariat has now published accessible 
versions of the IGF 2023 Summary report. The IGF 2023 Summary Report contains 
everything from the 18th IGF in Kyoto, Japan,

as well as an overview of intersessional work leading into the annual meeting. 
Explore highlights, dive into the issues, and review the IGF 2023 main outcome, 
the Kyoto IGF Messages. The secretariat has also uploaded a Microsoft Word 
Version, which I have heard many members of DCAD prefer to a PDF version of the 
report.  We have worked closely with the Secretariat to ensure that this report 
and all reports that they publish are accessible to everyone
