[DCAD] DC meeting notes

Thank you for sharing the information. I regret to inform you that I was
unable to attend the meeting on the 7th of August due to illness, which
required an urgent visit to my doctor. I am aware that I missed a lot
during the meeting, so I would greatly appreciate it if you could bring me
up to speed. I attempted to access the minutes via the link you provided,
but I encountered some difficulties. Despite entering my IGF sign-in
details as requested, I was unable to proceed. I would be grateful if you
could provide me with some assistance in this matter.
