[DCAD] Remerciement

The United Nations has six official languages - Arabic, Chinese, English,
French, Russian, and Spanish.
DCAD habitually uses English on the list, but I am not aware that this has
ever been stipulated as a "rule".
Since we are interested in working together to improve accessibility,
especially in a context of disability, isn't it desirable that we should
try to be as flexible as possible in terms of language used for
communication?

PS I'm glad that Joseph has English as well as French, but other people may
not have that facility
