[DCAD] April 15 call recording / transcript

HI DCAD Members,

As was discussed on the call, I have begun drafting the session proposal 
focusing on the third theme, Advancing human rights and inclusion in the digital age

I have also copied and pasted the instructions sheet from the IGF about the 
requirements needed for the session, what type of session, the length of the 
session, and other required details.  I am attaching this as a Word document, 
titled Proposal Questions.

As Nicodemus suggested, I have opened a Google Doc so we could collaborate 
together.  Hopefully the document is accessible to all.  If people have 
accessibility issues, please do let me know, but I believe since it is straight 
text there should not be issues.

Everyone will have commenting access to the document so that I can see the 
suggestions comments that you are making to the document.  We also need to 
decide on the type of session, Roundtable, theatre, etc and the length of the 
session

Also which of the SDG goals do we meet
