[DCAD] DCAD test messgae.

I am seeing something similar with some of the responses.

I have to admit, I am somewhat stumped.

I can only think that some filter somewhere in the chain is randomly
dumping messages.

I will consult other more knowledgeable people, and see if I can glean some
insight.

Meanwhile I have set the archive to public, which easily can be checked.
