The reason I am testing is that earlier today Shabbir sent a message 'Persons With Disability Perspective on the Zero Draft of the UN Global Digital Compact<http://lists.igf-dcad.org/pipermail/dcad-igf-dcad.org/2024-April/000198.html>' which, while it shows up in the archive, doesn't seem to have arrived in anyone's mailbox.

Google and Yahoo have recently implemented more server email filtering, and I am still playing with server settings, but anything should still make it through to spam, at least.

I've asked Shabbir to try resending.
