Dear Masereka Jova,
I have just sent the message copied below to Oyut who contacted DCAD from
Mongolia. I am copying it below to you because I think the information may
be helpful for you too.
It's good to see DCAD spreading out through the world.
The IGF meeting in Kyoto will be hybrid, both actual (physical) and
virtual.
To include as many interested parties as possible you might consider
setting up a "hub", that is a group of people who arrange to participate
together in the sessions.
https://www.intgovforum.org/en/igf-2023-remote-hubs - this shows you hubs
for this year and what their plans are.
It may be too late to register formally for this, but there is nothing to
prevent you from setting up a group and participating together with one
person chosen to speak for the group.
Don't forget to register in fact all of you should register. More
information at https://indico.un.org/event/1006568/. This *MUST *be before
*3 October 2023, 23:59 UTC*
I look forward to meeting you remotely in Kyoto
Best wishes
De
Looking forward to "meeting" you there from the other side of the world in
the Caribbean :-)
Best wishes
De
