[DCAD] DCAD session at the IGF

Definitely a gremlin :-)
Judith had written to me off list about the DCAD session at IGF and the
need to make a request in a hurry.
This looked like a good opportunity for people to join in with their ideas
and suggestions for the shape of the session. Judith's proposal has given
us a great blank canvas to work on.
Having the IGF in Japan will be a challenge for those in the western
hemisphere, but an opportunity for new voices, or ones that have previously
had challenges, from the east. It would be wonderful if all of us could
become engaged together now.
Hoping :-)
