my communication is mostly based on the Internet, but I use to talk to my family, or friends even people from NGOs of my work onboarded with the DC DDHT, it is the Dynamic Coalition on Data Driven Health Technologies. It is hosted by the IGF Secretariat on its website and coordinated by Amali De Silva-Mitchell.

I cannot say if the matter concerns the same affair, but I have used in the past the IGF logo.

 �

Once it was to invite to the discussion some civil servants into the French Ministry of Research I knew, as our program was connected for the IGF Summit in Poland. I thought a wide visibility for our engagement could endorse the inclusion of their commitment. �However, this mail received no response. �

Most of all, I have to protect my family and I know that different national strategies are in a challenge. Sometimes, it is important to justify of our activity for the highest jurisdiction into the world to garantee our security. �

Sorry you can’t make it and yes, we have to improve scheduling our calls. Is it more convenient to fix a slot four weeks in advance at our monthly call, instead of an ad-hoc doodle poll, as we have done in the past?

As regards item V, this is more for information and not for discussion: the issue came up in Vienna, as some DCs have used the UN emblem. As you say, it cannot used lightly and UNDESA made it clear: DCs are not entitled to used the UN emblem. We will make it clear tomorrow and also follow-up on this list.

Item V on the agenda. � My understanding is DC's are intended to be somewhat Ad-Hoc, formed to address and issue, to act "dynamically", low maintenance, etc. � Is this suggesting more permanent structures? � Using logos etc usually means more top-down control (quality, etc), is this what you want? � Suggest checking with the secretariat. � UN emblem etc not to be used lightly.
