[DCAD] ExtraOrdinary Meeting of DCAD (02 March 2023) and Next Steps

HI All,

Thanks Dr. Shabbir for the email.  I am attaching the Annual Report I plan to 
send to the DCCG. Please let me know by Saturday, 5pm UTC if there are any 
changes to be made.  Keeping in mind, we can probably make revisions after we 
submit. We need to submit the report by the deadline of March 5 which is Sunday.

Lastly, Here is the link to the recording that Joly has given me,

transcript on the right side and the video on the left.

I want to reiterate Dr. Shabbir's words and thanks to Vint, Shabbir, Andrea, 
Judy and all others who worked with us to rejuvenate DCAD. It goes without 
saying that moving forward, Dr. Shabbir and I need the support of all DCAD 
members to make IGF and digital environments accessible for persons with 
disabilities.
