[DCAD] Extra Ordinary Meeting of DCAD

Thank you to Dr Muhammad Shabbir and Judith Hellerstein for initiating 
this DCAD meeting.

Sincere appreciation to Vint Cerf for continuing support to DCAD.

My apologies for not attending the meeting but on behalf of the Internet 
Society Accessibility Standing Group, I wish you a successful outcome 
and look forward to future collaboration.
