You are my saviour thanks for following up. I love that stream text and Caption First!  Thank you  Ray too!! Now we are cooking!!  The captioning  should also be inside Zoom as well. We need to activate that feature in Zoom before the meeting starts. We had a another meeting yesterday where the organizers did not know that. But knowing you all will be well. Are we going do a test about 15 mins before?
