I just saw Lidia's email. One of the reasons I never use Doodle polls  is precisely one of the reasons  Lidia gave.  It tends to favor the geographical majority leaving out others.  It is supposed to be fair but never is.

We have a  different method with meeting date selection.

Being dyslexic I have never been able to use a doodle what’s it !  The days are not a problem.  I did try.  However  because of the time difference of five hours ahead in the UK I would appreciate that morning choices are favored.

If it is too late in the day ( late evening) I may not be able to make it.  I will do my best to attend.  I may



If I can make suggestion please use Caption First as then you can have a transcript for all who can't make it. You can then send that out retrospectively . Also the display is better with full page display on the stream text  the web page.

ASR simply does not allow this and the display is not easy to read on a one or two even three line disappearing display quickly It is difficult to read for those with any kind of reading problem and second language usage.  The money is now there for this so it can be done.

If I am repeating myself apologies!

  Dear DCAD Members,

Lately, the DCAD has been quite silent and the result has been that in 2022 there was no representation of DCAD in IGF. In our understanding this has been due to mainly because of lack of leadership, dearth of activeness of DCAD members and its governance structure. We (Myself, Shabbir, Peter, Judy, and Lidia) have been thinking and discussing this issue amongst and others as well. in this context, myself and Shabbir talked to some other DCs and found that we need to change our governance model as well as find new coordinator(s).

To discuss this and decide a future plan of action, we feel that an extraordinary meeting of DCAD is necessary. So, please use this Doodle to mark your availability for date/time you can attend an online meeting through Zoom. Kindly mark as many options as you can and we’ll pick the most popular time.

1. Deciding on a Governance model.

2. Appointing a leader for DCAD;
