[DCAD] Last Reminder Was, RE: Extra Ordinary Meeting of DCAD

Hi there.

I am wondering if I was picking wrong time of the day in Doodle.
Were timings given in Universal Time which is how I was selecting?

The invite I just received, states 5.00 am in UK and 6 am rest of Europe
which is simply not going to work. If I  am understanding correctly, This
rules me out and Andrea too potentially from ability to participate.
