[DCAD] Extra Ordinary Meeting of DCAD

Dear DCAD Members,

Lately, the DCAD has been quite silent and the result has been that in 2022 
there was no representation of DCAD in IGF. In our understanding this has been 
due to mainly because of lack of leadership, dearth of activeness of DCAD 
members and its governance structure. We (Myself, Shabbir, Peter, Judy, and 
Lidia) have been thinking and discussing this issue amongst and others as well. 
in this context, myself and Shabbir talked to some other DCs and found that we 
need to change our governance model as well as find new coordinator(s).

To discuss this and decide a future plan of action, we feel that an 
extraordinary meeting of DCAD is necessary. So, please use this Doodle to mark 
your availability for date/time you can attend an online meeting through Zoom. 
Kindly mark as many options as you can and we’ll pick the most popular time.

We would have 2 point agenda:

1. Deciding on a Governance model.

2. Appointing a leader for DCAD;

I and Shabbir will also present a report on our findings and conclusions based 
on our discussions with other DCs.
