[DCAD] DCAD's annual report.

Hi DCAD Members

Here is the annual report for DCAD that we will send in to the DCCG for 
uploading to the website.  We need to send this in before the end of the month 
to the IGF Secretariat, so please send in your comments, preferably by COB 
Friday.  We have purposely kept it short so it can be read by all.  We are still 
trying to track down some links to our submissions to the Secretariat over the 
past year in response to calls from the Secretariat, but it seems that the staff 
at the UN are already gone, so we can add these later.

Additionally, calls for the themes for the 2024 IGF are already out.  Here is 
the list of possible themes they have selected and asked us and all to select 
the top 4 themes and also others you might find extremely important that may be 
cross-cutting. Do let us know since we will be putting in a submission in 
January in response to this call
